Return & Refund Policy
Nandyarvattam
1. Return Eligibility
A return request may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
- A wrong item has been delivered
- Size-related issues (only where applicable)
- All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sarees that have been altered (fall/Pico/edging done)
- Pre-order items
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to the handcrafted nature of the product
3. Handloom Disclaimer
All our sarees (applicable only to handloom sarees) are handwoven by skilled artisans:
- Slight irregularities in weave, colour, or design are natural characteristics
- These are not considered defects
4. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To process any return or damage claim:
- A clear, uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory
- The issue or damage must be clearly visible in the video
- Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted
5. Return Process
- Contact our support team with order details and relevant images or videos
- Requests will be reviewed and verified
- Approval will be granted only after validation
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are generally not applicable, except in rare cases and at the sole discretion of Nandyarvattam
- In such eligible cases, refunds will be initiated only after receiving and inspecting the returned product
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days generally
7. Refund Mode
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defective or incorrect products

Returns are accepted strictly for genuinely damaged or incorrect products only.
Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email, along with the mandatory parcel opening video.
